At the office, we usually spend the majority of the day generally unconcerned about the posture and position of our bodies while we work. Research says that for every 45 mins of sitting, we need to take a break and stretch for 5 minutes. So if you have a desk that takes care of this, it will be ideal.

The regular table height and the height for the laptop workstations should be lower. Either the table should be lower of a keyboard should be attached and used from the keyboard pullout. If possible chop off around 2 inches of the legs or raise the chair level. Raising the chair level often is not very comfortable as the legs just swing around. I advise a footrest. Keep a puffy or any small plastic stool under the table.
