Now that one is at home we need to work long hours on computer and also do out daily chores too. Staying at home never gets you planned enough so that one can find peace and work environment . All this tires you out .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) have become a growing concern in today\u2019s society due to their impact <strong>on insurance costs<\/strong>, <strong>productivity, and employee wellness<\/strong>. Computer workers are at risk of developing WMSDs due to the nature of their work and their work environment. Research says that for every 45 mins of sitting, we need to take a break and stretch for 5 minutes. A foldable worktop for laptops and a standing work counter gives you good access to work and also some easy movement to legs and quickly move around. We would also need multiple work stations in different areas of the house as more than one person maybe on call or working in their own time zones. Either the table should be lower of a keyboard should be attached and used from the keyboard pullout. If possible chop off around 2 inches of the legs or raise the chair level. Raising the chair level often is not very comfortable as the legs just swing around.  I advise a footrest.
